Please read this notice to verify our authorized booking channels and protect yourself from unauthorized accounts.
Seatours Palawan Travel Inc. ("the Corporation") continues to operate under its lawfully constituted Board of Directors, who together hold the majority ownership of the company. This statement is issued by the current Board and Management to protect the public and to clarify which channels are officially authorized by the Corporation.
If you received a notice like this — it is not authorized
Some guests have received flyers or social posts claiming that seatourspalawan.com is void and directing bookings to seatourspalawan.ph, a Gmail address, or an old WhatsApp number. That notice was not issued by our Board.
1. We remain in lawful operation
The Corporation continues to operate under its lawful, majority Board of Directors and Management as recorded with the SEC. We remain fully committed to honoring legitimate bookings and to serving our guests with the same standard of safety and service that built our reputation over the years.

These details are on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines and can be independently verified.
Directors Jovet C. Rosento and Charles Amiel B. Socrates together hold 60% ownership of the Corporation and constitute its lawful majority Board. Any public notice or transaction issued without the authority of this Board is not valid corporate action.
Our only official channels
For your protection, please course all official communications, booking confirmations, and proof of payment exclusively through the channels below. When in doubt, verify here first.
Accounts & channels no longer authorized
It has come to the attention of the current Management that several digital accounts previously used in connection with the Corporation are now being controlled and operated by a former officer without the authority or approval of the Board. The following are NOT recognized as official channels of the Corporation:
- The email account [email protected] — currently controlled by a party not authorized by the Board DO NOT TRANSACT
- Social media accounts using the name "Seatours Palawan" — including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, and associated Google Maps / Business listings DO NOT TRANSACT
- The website and booking pages hosted at seatourspalawan.ph DO NOT TRANSACT
- WhatsApp number (+63) 909 594 1841 and any other number not listed above DO NOT TRANSACT
The Corporation shall not recognize or be bound by any communication, booking, reservation, quotation, agreement, invoice, confirmation, receipt, payment instruction, or transaction made through or originating from the foregoing unauthorized channels.

We ask for the public's patience and understanding during this transition.
